- We install a smart wi-fi thermostat on your heating system that tracks temperature and HVAC system activity.
- We’re automatically notified if your system shuts down or the temperature drops below a safe level.
- Our Crosslake team dispatches a local tech to check your system, restore heat, and prevent damage.
- We’ll call you to discuss the issue and approve any recommended repairs. (If we cannot reach you, we will proceed with the repair to prevent damage to the home.)
