We found out this morning that our water heater had stopped working. I called Crosslake Sheet Metal at 7am and by 3 in the afternoon we had hot water again. Zach did a great job. He was courteous and quick. He left the site totally cleaned up.
Sean was very professional. He talked me through every step as he tried to troubleshoot the issue with our furnace. After researching in the manual he determined that a setting needed to be changed. This resolved the issue without having to replace a part on a 4 year old furnace.

I was grateful that my annual maintainance service call was moved up a week. Micah was friendly, professional, and thorough. He answered all of my questions. The only bit of irritation: I was told Micah would arrive "in a few minutes" but it was almost 3 hours before he arrived.
They were so quick to answer my call and followed up almost immediately to confirm if they had availability. I was requesting same day service and even though my furnace wasn't the only heat source (but primary for portions of the house) they understood it was a priority. They also we're able to troubleshoot over the phone a bit to confirm a technician was actually needed and it wasn't an issue I could easily address.
Logan did a great job today with the new thermostats. He was efficient but patient with us as we programmed them. He definitely knows his stuff. Sheena did a great job getting things scheduled.
